Hi, I’m Jolyn, but you can call me Jo or JoJo. I’m passionate about building connections—whether that’s through personal growth, human dynamics, or helping others find clarity in their journey. I’ve spent over 23 years in the corporate world, where I honed my skills in process improvement, project management, leadership, and creating efficient environments. Although I learned a lot, my inner world was yearning for more. I was extremely disconnected and I learned as a survival skill to compartmentalize my life. My experiences navigating disconnection, whether from childhood challenges or professional pressures, have given me a unique lens on how to foster genuine relationships at this stage of life.

Learning to connect better with yourself and others is basically like upgrading your life’s Wi-Fi—stronger signal, fewer dropped connections, and way less buffering! When you connect with yourself, you actually start to understand why you do the things you do (and stop confusing yourself and others so much!). And connecting with others? That’s the ultimate life hack for finding support, laughter, and that shared 'we’re in this together' feeling. Strong connections make the ups and downs of life smoother and way more enjoyable.
